Join Adam for this fun and informative practice session on Form (alignment) & Function (movement-Dharma). The freedom to move in so many ways with varying postures and the effect on a fulfilling longevity is a parallel to our journey through Dharma with Karma.
In this session, Adam’s focus will include rotation patterns that link opposite shoulders and hips and how these oppositional rotation patterns are actually so synergistic in nature.
