While meditation is widely popular, with countless approaches to learning available, few address the full depth, breadth, and comprehensive nature of the practice.

Join Richard Miller, PhD, for an exciting nine-session journey designed to awaken your ability to experience and traverse life with the peace that passes all understanding and empower you to be both a light unto yourself, and to those around you.

This nine-session, three-module course introduces you to:

  • The philosophical underpinnings that form the foundation of meditation
  • A map of meditation based on the nondual teachings of yoga
  • The paths of Sāṁkhya-Patāñjali Yoga, Nondual Advaita, and unqualified nondual Śaivism
  • Direct path teachings comprised of experiential meditations for recognizing and awakening to your Essential Nature—the underlying Mystery that has given birth to the entire cosmos
  • Progressive path teachings that support awakening and embodying your full spiritual and psychological potential of being human
  • Teachings and meditations to support actualizing your unique pathless path of meditation, free of dogma and dependency on any system, teaching, or teacher

Understanding meditation as a 24-7 path enables us to integrate it into every aspect of our being from an inner ground of dynamic stillness and unbreakable well-being. Meditation then enables us to realize our innate ability to respond to every life event from unchanging compassion, kindness, love, harmony, and peace—wherever we are, whomever we’re with, and whatever our circumstance.
